MIND brings together experience in education, events, destination development, communication and learning design. Our different backgrounds allow us to approach each project from multiple perspectives and bring together the knowledge and skills needed to turn ideas into reality.
Penelope
Spentzouri
Penelope is an educator, entrepreneur and author with more than 15 years of experience in education. She studied Classical Philology at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and Graphic Arts at INTEC College in South Africa. Her longstanding interest in Greek tradition and cultural heritage is central to her creative work as an author, drawing on stories, customs and memories of rural life to preserve them and introduce their values to new generations.

Maria
Papadopoulou
Maria is a destination development and business events professional with more than 10 years of experience in strategic communications, international promotion and partnership development. As Director of This is Athens - Convention & Visitors Bureau, she led major B2B events, destination marketing initiatives and collaborations across the tourism and meetings industry. Her experience also extends to public-sector projects, international market development and EU-funded initiatives.

Tessa
O’Malley
Tessa specializes in learning design, training and content development. She holds an MA in General Linguistics from Stellenbosch University, where she worked as a Junior Lecturer, designing university modules and teaching students from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds. Her work combines curriculum development, communication and learning experience design.
